By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility & Website Use

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You will not use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.


2. Products & Descriptions

We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However:

  • Colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Minor manufacturing variations may occur.

  • Dimensions and capacity measurements may vary slightly.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.


3. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel orders where incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed.

  • Refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Estimated delivery timeframe is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events

  • Customs processing

  • Peak periods

We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrectly provided addresses.


5. Risk & Title

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.


6. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We may request proof of purchase before providing a remedy.


7. Returns & Refunds

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the ACL.

We are not required to provide a refund for change of mind purchases unless stated in a separate Refund Policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.


8. Product Use & Safety

Our stainless steel mugs are designed for beverage consumption only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Hot liquids may cause burns.

  • Improper use, modification, or mishandling may result in damage or injury.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, dropping, or improper cleaning.

Always use caution when handling hot liquids.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded under Australian law.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, branding, logos, images, and graphics, is the property of Muskt and may not be reproduced without written permission.


11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers for payments, shipping, analytics, or website hosting. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of those third parties.
