Return & Refund Policy

At Muskt, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding returns and refunds.


1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

  • A replacement or refund for a major failure.

  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

  • Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

A major failure includes (but is not limited to):

  • The product is unsafe.

  • The product is significantly different from the description.

  • The product is substantially unfit for its normal purpose and cannot be easily fixed.


2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Finding it cheaper elsewhere

Unless required by law, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.


3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your stainless steel mug arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

  • Not as described

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL.


4. Return Process

If a return is approved:

  1. We will provide return instructions.

  2. The item must be returned in its original condition (unless faulty).

  3. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs:

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

  • If the return is not due to our error, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.


5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under the ACL.


6. Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns if:

  • The product has been misused.

  • The product has been modified or altered.

  • The damage is caused by improper handling (e.g., dropping the mug).

  • The request falls outside consumer guarantee rights.


7. Safety Note

Our stainless steel mugs are designed for beverage use only. Please handle hot liquids with care to avoid burns.
